This event is organized by Satochip S.R.L., registered in Belgium under the number BE0770730524
Throughout this page, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Satochip. We organized the Crypto Treasure Hunt, here the “Event” or the “Service”, for you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By registering yourself via the newsletter form and/or participating in the event, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following participation rules (“Participation rules”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Participation rules apply to all users of the event, including without limitation users who are friends, family members, tutors, children, or any companion animals (pets).
Please read these Participation rules carefully before accessing or using our website and accessing or participating in the event. By accessing or using any part of the website or accessing or participating in the event, you agree to be bound by these Participation rules. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access and participate in the event or use any of our services.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Participation rules by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued access of or participation in the event following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By agreeing to these Participation rules, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province or country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to participate in the event.
You may not participate in the event in case it violates any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to promotional or copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Participation rules will result in an immediate termination of your participation in the event.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that the personal information you may share with us, of your full standstone, might be used according to the European GDPR.
The headings used in these Participation rules are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Participation rules.

Registration via the newsletter form is mandatory. All participants must register for the event before the start date (8th of July). Registration confirms your acceptance of these rules.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your participation in the event will be uninterrupted.
You agree that from time to time we may remove, change the rules, the prizepool, or cancel the event at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your participation in the vent is at your sole risk.
In no case shall Satochip, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your participation in the event, or for any other claim related in any way to your participation in the event, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Participants must be friendly and respectful to each other at all times. Harassment, discrimination, violence or any form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.

All activities must be conducted in such a way as to preserve the integrity and beauty of the event site. Any disturbance of the peace or damage to public property will be immediately reported to the authorities and will exclude you from participating in the event.
Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations. Be aware of your surroundings and prioritize safety over the objectives of the event. Every single prize - Satodime smart card - is accessible without effort and without moving any objects.

The use of any external aid, software or device providing an unfair advantage is prohibited. Collaboration with non-registered persons or external groups is not permitted.
Instructions will be provided by mail or through our social networks. Follow the instructions provided and do not attempt to hack or manipulate the game system.
Participants are responsible for their own transport, accommodation and all associated costs. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage occurring during the event.
The Organizing Body shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or justified necessity, it is forced to cancel the present Contest, to listen to it, to extend it, to postpone it or to modify its conditions, and it shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever. In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the participation period.
Failure to comply with these Participation rules may result in immediate disqualification. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant at our own discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, rule violations, unsportsmanlike behavior or safety concerns. It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to alter or attempt to alter the results, or to steal or attempt to steal a card already found.
